Ian Reid – Rumored to be the inventor of the “Irish Goodbye,” Ian knows how to get a party started –then vanish into thin air before 10pm so he can make the next day’s alpine start. A passionate mountaineer, Ian began following his Scottish father around the backcountry in the 70’s, and never stopped. Ian is also the founder and Directeur Sportif of Avalanche Ski Company, a nonprofit dedicated to teaching industry employees the skills necessary to travel safely in the backcountry. His Backcountry Workshops are annual events held throughout the Western U.S.

Tim Hattrup – Over the past 20 years, Tim’s workload has transformed him from a freestyle and freeride skier to a weekend (and occasional midweek) warrior. He’s been selling ski and outdoor products since high school, with a couple breaks to sell pharmaceuticals and technology. Since moving to Colorado in 2000, he’s concentrated on selling products he actually understands and can pronounce, such as action sports, alpine ski, and outdoor sporting goods.

Suzanne Reid – Suzanne is the glue in Redline Sports Group. While Tim and Ian are wearing the tread off countless tires visiting retailers, Suzanne is back in the office entering orders, booking travel, and generally making sure that what is promised actually gets done.
